01What happens when the goods arrive?
Receiving the purchase order opens a pending QC inspection for each received line and holds the accepted quantity in quarantine at the receiving location until QC decides.
02Can I limit it to a few deliveries?
Yes. Choose 'only for the next N receipts' and the rule switches off by itself after them; leave it empty to inspect every receipt.
03Is anything changed before I confirm?
No. The action shows a preview of the supplier setting first and changes it only when you confirm.
04What happens after QC passes?
Approving the inspection releases the quarantine and the goods become available, optionally moved to their putaway location.
