01How is the arrival date forecast?
From the supplier's own receipts over the last 180 days: the expected date plus their average days late per receipt. On-time or early receipts count as zero.
02Which purchase orders are checked?
Open, sent purchase orders (not drafts) due within the next seven days, by default.
03When is no forecast raised?
When the supplier has fewer than five receipts, or not more than a fifth of them were late. Without enough history Otiox says nothing rather than guess.
04Can I undo the date change?
Yes. The change is previewed before it runs and has a matching revert action.
