The law, attached to the work it governs.

Otiox knows what you make, where you sell and how you sell it. From that it drafts your regulatory list — each item with the article it comes from — and links what you accept to the licences you hold, the people you train and the products you ship. When a manufacturing order starts or a sales order leaves, the rule is checked against the records themselves.

From obligation to evidence.

A regulatory list nobody connects to the work is a document. In Otiox every obligation can point to a licence, a product fact or a rule — and the rule reads the same orders your team already uses.

Your regulatory list, drafted for you

From your business profile, Otiox suggests the laws and articles that usually apply to companies like yours. Each suggestion quotes the official text, links to the source and says why it was suggested. You keep it, or mark it not for you.

Rules at the step that matters

Conditions apply when a manufacturing order starts, a sales order ships or a purchase order is received — at the site where it happens. Each one monitors, warns or blocks, and shows how many open records it affects today.

Every licence, and everything that depends on it.

A licence is not a scanned PDF in a folder. It is a record with a validity date, a site and the rules that rely on it — so when it nears its end, you know exactly which work it will stop.

What your products are, and what you claim about them.

Product compliance is a table of facts — one row per product or material, one column per question. Rules read these marks, so an unknown is visible as a gap before it becomes a problem.

Questions

01Does Otiox give legal advice?
No. Suggestions are drafted with AI from your business profile and always quote the official text and link to the source, so they can be checked. You decide what goes on your list.
02Can a compliance rule stop an order?
Only if you choose to. Each condition can monitor, warn or block. Most companies start in monitor mode, see what would have been stopped, and tighten from there.
03Which product facts can I track?
Suggested columns cover hazardous classification, restricted substances, safety labels, CE marking, age restriction and export control. You can add your own column for any claim or certification.
04What does an auditor receive?
The audit pack: your regulatory list with sources, the licences and their files, the rules with their strictness, and the history of every change.
