Billing and lifecycle
- Trial → Active: 30 days. Convert by adding a payment method.
- Active → Grace: payment failure triggers a 14-day grace window with full access; we retry the card 3 times.
- Grace → Read-only: after grace, the workspace becomes read-only (logins work, edits don't) for 60 days.
- Read-only → Archived: after 90 days total, the workspace is archived. Restore on request within 1 year.
- Plan changes: proration is automatic. Annual prepay credits roll forward.
- Refund policy: pro-rata refund on annual prepays within the first 14 days of the cycle.

Do operators count toward the team cap?
Yes. Operators are team members. Core ships with 10 seats, Grow with 25. Add extra seats for €120 / year each from Billing.
Can I switch between Core and Grow mid-cycle?
Yes, instantly. We charge or credit the prorated difference on your next invoice.
Do I have to pay extra for the operator portal?
No. The advanced operator portal (mobile + tablet) is included on every plan.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep read-only access for 60 days, with full CSV + JSON exports available. After 90 days the workspace archives; restoration is free within 1 year.
Do you offer a discount for non-profits / education?
